Xia Zhiguang Reports Stalking Incidents to the Police
It has recently come to light that Xia Zhiguang has been stalked by individuals suspected to be his fans. The incidents reportedly occurred while Xia Zhiguang and his team were in a car after attending an event. The events were captured by paparazzi present at the scene.
Shortly thereafter, the actor's assistant exited the vehicle and was seen photographing the license plate of the car behind them. Moments later, the police arrived and appeared to be speaking with Xia Zhiguang's team.
It turns out that the assistant had stepped out to gather evidence and called the police because the group felt they were being stalked illegally by those they suspected to be fans.
When the police attempted to confirm the situation with the driver of the reported stalking vehicle, the driver arrogantly placed his hands on his hips.
On November 10, Xia Zhiguang's studio posted photos of the group of stalkers along with the vehicle they were using.
"Here are photos of the people who followed the car today. The studio has reported the incident to the police. Additionally, the studio also reported an incident of being followed in Shanghai on November 7," the studio wrote on Weibo.
"Xiaohei reminds that all forms of illegal behavior are strictly prohibited, including blocking and taking photos in public places. Following cars and similar actions not only violate the privacy of artists but also affect public order and traffic safety. If you witness illegal behavior, please report it immediately," it continued.
The photos show that the group of stalkers consisted of several men and women.
Xia Zhiguang has drawn attention from fans of Chinese dramas this year for his role as Sikong Changfeng in the drama "Dashing Youth," where he starred alongside Hou Minghao, He Yu, and other stars.
